Confused on which router you need to work with your AW Broadband Internet? We will provide you with a wireless router and set up all appropriate channels and Wi-Fi in your home. We will also replace the router at no cost in the event that it quits working.
No upfront cost to lease a router.

Connecting Multiple Devices
Did you know that AW Broadband support technicians can help you connect multiple devices to your AW Broadband Wi-Fi? In the past, a fee was charged to connect multiple devices. Now with the AW Broadband Care Plan that fee has disappeared.
No need to call multiple company’s support lines to set up your new phone, tablet, or gaming console.

Moving?
Don’t worry about paying a fee for transferring service to your new location as long as it’s a serviceable address.
Service Calls
At AW Broadband, we believe in fair and transparent service.
If you’re enrolled in our Care Plan, most routine visits are covered — and even when they’re not, you’ll always know the cost upfront.
Covered (No Charge with Care Plan)
- Remote support for Wi-Fi or connection issues
- Replacement of defective AW Broadband equipment
- Standard alignment or signal adjustments
- One relocation to a new address within our service area
- Weather-related damage (lightning, hail, wind, etc.)
Billable (Discounted with Care Plan)
Care Plan customers receive a 20% discount on any billable visit ($56 trip fee instead of $70).
Typical billable services include:
- Work required after a roof replacement or structural change
- Point-to-Point installations or equipment replacements (≈ $400)
- Cable or fiber runs requested for new outlets or router moves ($125 + labor)
- After-hours calls ($105 + labor after first hour)
- Issues related to customer-owned devices such as TVs, printers, or computers
Without a Care Plan
- Standard service call: $70 (includes first hour of labor)
- Additional time or materials billed as needed
No Surprises
The Care Plan covers labor and truck rolls but not replacement equipment.
Our team will always confirm whether your issue is covered or billable before dispatching a technician.
