We had such a great experience working with Joel, Ben, Jose, and Jessica! AW Broadband made switching to their internet smooth from start to finish. Trent was very professional and accomplished getting the equipment changed out while providing great details on an upgrade to Mesh router to help cover problem areas in our home. He explained their preference in routers and availability to upgrade to their premium plan, without delivering a pressure sales pitch for the upgrade. We were very pleased with Trent as our technician and we’re up and running better than before.

These guys know what they are doing. We recently moved into a new build. I searched everywhere to be able to get some internet. No one could find us. I was referred to Nick who was able to find our house promptly. We were scheduled for installation shortly after. Jacob came and found us easily and hooked us all up. Will never go elsewhere! AWBroadband has been a fantastic company amazing speeds and very little downtime unless there is extreme weather. Top tier customer service Ben Smith helped me transfer my services from our old house to our new house and helped work around my schedule and limitations. Amarillo Broadband has always given us excellent customer service, from sales, to Install, to IT, and billing, I’ve never had anything but great experiences. They respond via email or phone and really quick. My favorite though, is Juanita!! Love talking to her!!
