Coffee is a passion for owners of Canyon coffee shop Journey Coffee, Stephanie and Noah Littlejohn. When they acquired a home espresso machine and developed a deep love for the process of coffee making, they decided to change professions from orchestra directors to coffee shop owners. Teaching was the line of work the couple expected to retire from, but plans changed as the couple traveled around and experienced as many coffee shops as they could. They wanted to change the attitude that seemed to follow them from each shop. By creating their own, they are able to offer the friendly service they see value in. Only one short month after opening, the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Harper. 

The couple said they put a lot of effort into making their shop personable and welcoming. Their baristas are trained to upkeep the standard of service they hold dear to them. Because of the level of service they require of their staff, the couple said they see a lot of value in the way AW Broadband treats their customers.
